  Exercise   Analyze your behavior

The following analysis is designed to help you think about your exercise habits and to draw up an individual exercise profile. Think about your usual routine and, without deliberating, put a mark on the answer that best reflects the extent to which of the statements applies to you.

1. Nobody does sport in my family.
2. I'd rather watch other people exercising.
3. I'm not a "club" person - sports clubs and activities organized by the company are not my thing.
4. Why should I walk up the stairs when I can use the lift or escalator?
5. I only exercise when I feel good and fit.

6. I don't take much exercise because I'm more a lazy sort of person.
7. My day is so full that I don't have time to exercise.
8. I'm out of shape, so I don't do any sport.
