Great strides have been made recently in the prevention of stroke, largely due to changes in lifestyle (exercise, healthy eating), in the prevention of some of the brain damage that occurs after stroke, and in recognizing the signs and symptoms of a stroke, including problems of the heart and circulation, blood pressure, and triglyceride levels.
