ABOUT SLEEP DISORDERS |
To avoid a sleep disorder and stay healthy, we are all encouraged to make sure we 'get a good night's sleep' in our formative years, and this apparent obligation is often carried over into senior life. Much distress is caused by perceived lack of sleep, whereas in many cases the sleep disorder, after some clarification, can usually be easily rectified. Common sleep disorders include insomnia, snoring, sleep apnea, and the restless legs syndrome.
